Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of Workday Consulting implementation experience, including required Workday certification(s), and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience leading a virtual team is required, along with characteristics such as being a fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoying fast-paced work environments. Applicants must also work well within and across teams to achieve goals and possess sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.

Responsibilities

The Workday Data Manager will oversee and assist Engagement Managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk, and develop solutions and strategies, acting as a Data Conversion Lead on Workday implementations using tools like Advance Loads and Migration Recipes. They will support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work, assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse team of consultants, promote a team-oriented work environment, and lead team members to achieve high customer satisfaction levels. Additionally, the role involves establishing credibility with clients, building trust-based relationships, identifying business development opportunities, performing role of mentor and coach, analyzing team skills, advising management on team member expertise, establishing goals and objectives, collecting performance feedback, driving performance review processes, reviewing estimates and SOWs, attending Orals and prospect meetings, managing utilization, monitoring the sales pipeline, scheduling 1:1 meetings, assessing team member skills, and providing performance and client satisfaction feedback.
