Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field, and have 2-5 years of ERP Data Conversion or HCM implementation experience, with a strong preference for 2-5 years of Workday HCM experience. They should also have experience with data conversion, data mining, and data loading, along with advanced Excel skills, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Data Consultant, the individual will guide clients through Workday implementation phases, partnering with teams and customers to achieve project excellence. They will utilize tools like iLoad, EIB, and Object Transporter to perform tenant-to-tenant migrations, design data tracking tools, create reports, and develop ETL scripts for data transformation and loading. Furthermore, they will guide clients through data extraction and cleansing, validate data loaded into Workday, and support the overall project, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution, while actively participating in training and sharing learnings within the organization.
