Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field, and ideally have ERP Data Conversion or HCM implementation experience. Experience with data conversion, data mining, and data loading is desired, along with advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Workday HCM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Workday Data Consultant will guide clients through Workday implementation phases, including transformation, implementation, and operation. They will partner with teams and clients to achieve excellence in projects, utilize tools like iLoad, EIB, and Object Transporter for tenant-to-tenant migrations, design data tracking tools, create ETL scripts, and support data validation. The role involves guiding clients through data extraction and cleansing, loading data into Workday, and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems. Consultants will also perform multiple tasks, actively engage with clients, and participate in update training opportunities.
