Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field, and ideally have experience with ERP Data Conversion or HCM implementation. Workday HCM experience is desired, along with advanced skills in Excel, data conversion, data mining, and data loading. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities, are also required.
Responsibilities
As a Workday Data Consultant, you will guide clients through Workday implementation phases, partnering with teams and customers to achieve project excellence. You will utilize tools like iLoad, EIB, and Object Transporter to perform tenant-to-tenant migrations, design data tracking tools, and create reports. Furthermore, you will develop ETL scripts, support data validation, and actively engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition to the Workday HCM solution, while also participating in update training and sharing learnings within the organization.
