Requirements

Candidates should possess an Adaptive Planning Platform Certification, with 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise management solutions and 5+ years of experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet client requirements. They should have experience configuring Workday Adaptive Planning Foundational Elements and Sheets, along with a detailed understanding of Adaptive Planning processes and best practices, and experience with Adaptive Integrations and Workday Power of One. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with experience delivering training materials and sessions to promote end-user adoption, and an understanding of cross-functional impacts with Workday.

Responsibilities

The Adaptive Planning Senior Principal Consultant will guide multiple clients through ticket-based support, small projects, release management, tenant analyses, and staff augmentations, working with clients to understand their current Adaptive Planning configuration and resolve break fixes, enhancements, training, and road map discussions. They will leverage their expertise to recommend solutions based on client requirements and budget, guide design sessions and configuration decisions, perform multiple tasks under limited direction, mentor fellow consultants, assist with sales activities, review Statements of Work, participate in update training, maintain cutting-edge knowledge of product functionality, and create and sustain client relationships while driving to reference-ability.
