  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung des Program Management Office bei der Erstellung, Koordination und Pflege von Analyse- und Workflow-Tools (z. B. Excel, JIRA, Smartsheet, PowerBI)
  • Nach Einarbeitung: Eigenständige Leitung kleinerer, abteilungsübergreifender Meetings mit technischen Teams aus Deutschland und den USA – insbesondere zur Unterstützung des Intake- und Änderungsmanagements
  • Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft des technischen Produktmanagements, z. B.:
  • Erstellung von Gate-Präsentationen
  • Durchführung interner und externer Recherchen
  • Portfolioanalysen
  • Entscheidungsvorlagen und vieles mehr
