Unterstützung des Program Management Office bei der Erstellung, Koordination und Pflege von Analyse- und Workflow-Tools (z. B. Excel, JIRA, Smartsheet, PowerBI)
Nach Einarbeitung: Eigenständige Leitung kleinerer, abteilungsübergreifender Meetings mit technischen Teams aus Deutschland und den USA – insbesondere zur Unterstützung des Intake- und Änderungsmanagements
Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft des technischen Produktmanagements, z. B.:
Erstellung von Gate-Präsentationen
Durchführung interner und externer Recherchen
Portfolioanalysen
Entscheidungsvorlagen und vieles mehr
