Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure environments is necessary. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across teams, comfort with managing multiple priorities and quick turnarounds, and strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset are also required. Experience in fast-paced B2B marketing or SaaS environments and proven examples of leveraging AI technology are preferred. Candidates must be United States-based and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

The Webinar Marketing Specialist will support the execution of a company's growing webinar program within the Demand Generation team, focusing on operational and executional aspects. Responsibilities include managing the logistics, timelines, communications, and tool implementation for webinars. This involves scheduling, platform setup, coordinating with stakeholders, and executing production tasks using platforms like ON24 or Cvent. The specialist will manage webinar-to-CRM workflows in Marketo and Salesforce, draft internal communications, monitor deadlines, and collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams. They will also utilize AI tools to enhance workflows, gather and analyze post-event metrics, share insights, and maintain process documentation to improve program efficiency.
