Requirements

  • Hands-on experience coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Gatsby

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement web support criteria, internal processes (e.g., QA), self-serve strategy, and site testing
  • Lead adoption and training of scalable infrastructure, tools, and frameworks
  • Build frameworks for experimentation (A/B testing, Amplitude insights) to guide web strategy
  • Review and evolve CMS solution (Contentful) for scalability and future needs
  • Build and optimize landing pages for performance, SEO, and conversion goals
  • Manage and optimize Contentful CMS to reduce engineering bottlenecks for non-technical teams
  • Implement analytics with Amplitude for accurate tracking and dashboards
  • Write high-quality, performant code
  • Mentor and guide team members, setting technical standards and fostering growth
  • Collaborate with Marketing Leadership on priorities, goals, and deliverables
  • Communicate effectively across stakeholders for alignment and transparency
