Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, including project management experience. Demonstrated experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing drinking water and wastewater systems is essential, as is familiarity with local and federal regulations. Responsibilities

The Water Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for all sizes of projects, leading the technical delivery of project tasks and determining the overall technical approach. They will prepare and deliver presentations and training programs to clients and professional associations, support business development efforts, and provide input on the development of proposals. Additionally, the Project Manager will lead and mentor junior staff, collaborate with mid and senior-level technical staff, and support marketing and proposal efforts.
