Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience in fiber engineering and construction, along with prior industry experience in facility engineering and network deployments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a process improvement and customer-centric mindset, and the ability to motivate others are also required. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including excellent oral and written communication skills, are essential.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager, Engineering and Construction, you will lead program management of development and monitoring of an engineering and construction build plan, direct local engineers in reviewing mechanized designs, manage engineering design changes, provide process support to the network team and contractors, manage the project lifecycle across vendors and stakeholders, manage MDU fiber builds, understand market agreement build requirements, manage material management, and drive strategies to achieve business goals while creating a culture of open communication and collaboration.
