Candidates should possess a Senior Project or Technical Manager role with solid experience in the study, planning, and design of wastewater systems, including familiarity with a broad range of issues related to master planning, treatment, and collection/distribution in water or wastewater systems. Experience with drinking water, storm water, and industrial wastewater applications is valuable, and familiarity with local regulators is essential.
The Wastewater Sr. Technical Manager will primarily lead and support the engineering on municipal wastewater projects, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multi-discipline project teams from concept to construction and operations. They will actively participate in project delivery system improvement programs, continuous learning opportunities, and support marketing and proposal efforts as needed, while also traveling up to 10% to clients within the Central Florida region.
