Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup, management, and improvement of the CMMS (Service Channel) for warranty, asset management, and vendor compliance
  • Manage all warranty processes for equipment, buildings, and mechanical systems, ensuring timely resolution of claims
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of warranties, including expiration dates, terms, and conditions, for proactive management and renewal
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related issues, liaising with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor equipment and mechanical systems performance to identify and validate warranty claims
  • Coordinate inspections, assessments, repairs, and replacements with vendors to minimize downtime
  • Manage warranties for building construction, renovations, and structural components, collaborating with contractors and developers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
  • Track warranty claims, service requests, and maintenance activities in CMMS
  • Generate reports on warranty performance, trends, issues, and improvements
