Requirements

  • Ability to place safety first, follow all procedures and policies, self-correct issues, and report to management when required
  • Understanding of and adherence to all company policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Proficiency in ensuring accuracy of receiving documents, matching receiving counts to BOL and purchase order documents, and resolving discrepancies
  • Ability to notify receiving issues pertaining to packing list/BOL and product issues to WTM III
  • Skill in using work order pick tickets to retrieve components from correct warehouse locations
  • Ability to verify correct part number, lot number, expiration date, and quantities (via weighing/counting) match pick tickets
  • Capability to sign and date pick tickets after completion
  • Proficiency in performing pick confirmations, inventory movements, and cycle counts
  • Ability to convey confirmed cases from production to sterilization staging area, accumulate/top off pallets to proper height, shrink wrap skids, remove confirmation sheets, and denote pallet number/PO
  • Skill in conveying internal/external R-REC & 902 products to warehouse locations, completing material transfer sheets, and turning them into WTM III
  • Ability to perform daily material handling equipment inspections, change/charge batteries, and perform WTM I duties as needed
  • Capacity to maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Familiarity with equipment/tools: material handling equipment (hand truck, forklift/reach trucks, cherry pickers), stretch wrap machines, safety knives, safety harnesses, printers, RF scanners, computers, digital scales, and OSHA-approved protective footwear
  • Availability for full-time 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, plus mandatory overtime as required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and transport raw materials in support of kitting production
  • Follow pick tickets for locations assigned to each work order, ensuring correct counts of each component are picked
  • Stage pallets for WTM1 to debox
  • Build sterilization loads onto trucks
  • Stock received components into warehouse
  • Perform accurate and timely receiving of materials
  • Convey components from storage racks to staging areas or designated areas for accumulation/debox
  • Perform additional duties as directed
