Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, with 0-1 year of relevant work experience preferred, and possess consistent work history for at least 2 years. They should be able to frequently lift product weighing 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs, frequently reach up to 72 inches, and constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift. Applicants must also be able to work in very extreme temperatures, including coolers and freezers, and work on their feet for 10-12 hours daily.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Order Selectors will work in a Sysco warehouse as a critical member of the foodservice supply chain, picking orders for delivery to local foodservice venues. They will operate an electric pallet jack or forklift, organize and palletize product to build customer orders, and work in areas with temperature and humidity variations. Furthermore, they will perform other duties as assigned, ensuring a safe working environment and contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.
