Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on technology strategy and execution. They should have experience in building scalable, operationally efficient, and innovative tools, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in leading and growing product teams, and a proven ability to deliver a roadmap for technology platforms that meet business and operational stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will craft a Product Strategy & Vision, own the roadmap of projects and features for our warehouse operations tools, establish support processes for our warehouses, and ensure that operators are heard by incorporating direct feedback into iterations of the tech and establishing systems for reporting bugs and issues. You will also drive outcomes, break down barriers for the team, and work through key details with product managers, engineers, and designers to unblock and guide the team.
