Responsibilities

As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will direct all shipping, receiving, and storage operations within the Louisville, Kentucky facility, overseeing a team of up to 40 hourly associates. This includes managing employee performance, coaching and mentoring team members, identifying and addressing operational gaps, and fostering positive employee relations. You will also collaborate with internal and external partners to align with eBay’s principles and business goals, ensuring the facility meets safety standards and budgetary objectives.
