Requirements

Candidates should have computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Previous warehouse experience, punctuality, good attendance, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a task-driven approach are essential. The ability to work in a GMP environment, maintain quality focus with attention to detail, demonstrate team-working capabilities, adhere to processes, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment are also required. Forklift experience is desired, with in-house training available.

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for receiving and booking in raw materials, locating them in the warehouse, and processing/loading Baxter goods and raw materials for dispatch. This role involves supporting the day-to-day running of warehouse duties, working as part of a cross-functional team, and learning various jobs in warehouse and packing areas. Responsibilities also include working on initiative, assisting with routine blind count audits, performing routine cleaning tasks on the forklift fleet and work area, and complying with EHS/GMP/GDP policies. The operator will provide cover for colleagues, notify Quality Assurance and Process Leading Hands of any process deviations, place orders for raw materials and production items, and replenish stock locations as needed.
