Requirements

Ability to manage import and export operations
Capability to drive a forklift (铲车)
Knowledge of warehouse management requirements for storing raw materials and packaging materials
Skills in handling and verifying materials by variety, specifications, quantity, etc
Ability to arrange handling of various materials and ensure proper stacking (neat placement, not too high, no exposed wires to prevent damage)
Proficiency in managing receipt and issuance documents, inventory records, shipping documents, etc., ensuring accuracy
Ability to notify planning/import-export department immediately for import container shortages/overages and contact transportation department

Responsibilities

Manage import and export operations
Plan and handle information related to operations
Receive raw materials and store them according to warehouse management requirements
Issue materials (raw materials, packaging) according to production plans to ensure workshop production
Maintain and manage material issuance documents
Prepare materials according to shipping plans and handle shipments to ensure timely customer pickup
Maintain and manage shipping documents
Arrange handling of various materials, verify variety, specifications, quantity, etc
Drive forklift to place materials neatly by variety, specifications, classification, and positioning
Ensure materials are stacked neatly during handling, not too high, with no exposed wires to prevent damage
Ensure accuracy of all receipt, issuance, inventory in/out documents
Notify planning/import-export department immediately for import container shortages/overages and contact transportation department
