Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and events, including possible evenings and weekends, often before and after regular business hours
  • Availability for shifts 1-3 times per week (typically Mondays), 3-6 hours weekly, starting at 6am and ending at 9am or 12pm
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
  • Comfort working on ladders and with hand tools
  • Part-time, non-exempt employment

Responsibilities

  • Remove modular climbing holds, volumes, tape, chalk, rubber, and detritus from climbing walls
  • Safely use approved cleaning products and procedures to wash climbing surfaces, holds, and volumes
  • Maintain clean and functioning climbing walls
  • Wash and organize holds following directions of Head Setter
  • Organize and maintain Setting and Wall Maintenance supplies and tools
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Setting Shop
  • Follow closing/facility procedures
  • Work safely and efficiently as a team during morning hours prior to Setting day
  • Other duties as assigned
