Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as a family law attorney, a deep understanding of prenuptial agreements, and strong communication skills, including responsive and clear communication. They must be licensed and in good standing to practice in the state of Washington, and demonstrate a customer-centric mindset.
The WA Family Law Attorney will serve as counsel for customers by reviewing prenuptial agreements generated on the Expa platform, flagging important clauses, providing comments to clients, reviewing and responding to comments from opposing counsel, and ensuring clients understand the terms of the agreements. They will also answer client questions and represent clients in multiple languages.
