This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring a strong generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment—and who embraces technology and AI to improve legal speed, accuracy, and scale.

This role involves providing legal counsel across various areas, managing contracts, supporting M&A, and championing a tech-forward legal approach.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial transactions, corporate governance, equity, compliance, and risk
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Embrace of technology and AI in legal operations
  • Experience with SaaS contracts, partner agreements, and enterprise agreements

Responsibilities
