Reporting directly to the President, this role will provide proactive, strategic, and practical legal advice across all aspects of the business, from commercial contracting to corporate governance, M&A, and compliance. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring a strong generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment—and who embraces technology and AI to improve legal speed, accuracy, and scale.
