Requirements

  • 10+ years of DSD beverage experience
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with VIP, Margin Minder, Tableau and Repsly a plus
  • Ability to travel – expected travel 50%+
  • Emphasize excellence and encourage high energy level
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing and developing large teams
  • Proven track record of turning insights into action and growth
  • Pre-existing working relationship with Distributor network across the assigned business unit is a strong plus but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree (Masters Preferred)
  • Must live near a major airport

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the field execution DSD team across your assigned Business Unit
  • Engage and support our distribution network to drive total points of distribution, weighted weeks of display and other KPI’s that are focused on strategic growth of the beverage portfolio within retail
  • Execute retail, marketing and promotional calendars
  • Work closely with internal and distributor partner supply chain teams to ensure proper inventory levels exist consistently throughout the Business Unit
  • Work closely with internal and external teams (marketing, key account, finance etc.) to deliver annual operating plan objectives
  • P&L ownership
  • Management, growth, and expansion of the DSD beverage portfolio across your assigned territory
