Requirements

Lead and mentor a high-performing product team to drive AI innovation and alignment with company goals
Drive product vision, oversee roadmap development, and expand product line as part of the executive team
Champion human-centered design, embedding UX research, design thinking, and customer empathy into the product lifecycle
Productize implementation and delivery of AI to scale, ensure value to clients at great speed and lower costs while maintaining quality
Support ethical AI, compliant-by-design, and safe AI solutions
Maintain close client relationships, conduct market research, and collaborate cross-functionally to gather feedback
Develop go-to-market strategies, monitor product adoption, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and drive improvement
Understand business dynamics (commercial, go-to-market, etc.), space and trends, make timely decisions, and ensure clear communication
Demonstrate high ambiguity and frustration tolerance, establish trust-based relationships with peers and stakeholders
Act as spokesperson for the product, building and nurturing relationships with key customers
Hire, mentor, manage, and build a first-class team

Engage and align with key stakeholders on product strategy and roadmaps, gain buy-in, manage communications, expectations, and dependencies
Work closely with existing and prospective customers to instill confidence in the company's vision, roadmap, and execution ability
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and use cases, support sales opportunities, and ensure product success in the market
Partner cross-functionally to drive AI innovation and product expansion
