Requirements

Candidates should possess a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, with 10 years of operations experience in distribution management and a minimum of 5 years of management experience. Required knowledge includes DOT regulations, labor relations, customer service, budgeting, cost control, OSHA, HAACP, and PC skills. Experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements is also required for union facilities.
