Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, with 2+ years in a staff or lead role
  • Deep expertise with Kubernetes & EKS, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native architecture
  • Strong experience with AWS services, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and databases
  • Production experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD
  • Solid foundation in Linux systems, container orchestration, and networking
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and on-call practices for high-availability systems
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-native infrastructure on AWS
  • Improve and scale CI/CD pipelines
  • Drive infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform and own infra observability
  • Develop internal tooling and platform capabilities to accelerate engineering productivity
  • Mentor and guide engineers to ensure application and infrastructure needs are aligned
  • Serve as technical lead for infrastructure projects and help shape long-term platform strategy
  • Manage and tune database infrastructure
  • Partner with security and compliance to meet HITRUST, SOC 2, and HIPAA standards
  • Participate in the team's on-call rotation
