Requirements

8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, with 2+ years in a staff or lead role
Deep expertise with Kubernetes & EKS, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native architecture
Strong experience with AWS services, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and databases
Production experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD
Solid foundation in Linux systems, container orchestration, and networking
Experience with monitoring, logging, and on-call practices for high-availability systems
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-native infrastructure on AWS
Improve and scale CI/CD pipelines
Drive infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform and own infra observability
Develop internal tooling and platform capabilities to accelerate engineering productivity
Mentor and guide engineers to ensure application and infrastructure needs are aligned
Serve as technical lead for infrastructure projects and help shape long-term platform strategy
Manage and tune database infrastructure
Partner with security and compliance to meet HITRUST, SOC 2, and HIPAA standards
Participate in the team's on-call rotation
