Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience effectively managing a sales team within the payment acquisition industry, along with demonstrated ability to build a successful team and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential, as is a strong work ethic and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
The VP of Sales will be responsible for building, managing, and leading a direct sales division at Clearent by Xplor, including Regional Sales Directors, District Managers, and Account Executives, with the goal of achieving and surpassing team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. They will recruit to expand their territory, demonstrate integrity and ethics in representing the Clearent by Xplor brand, drive the team to exceed sales plans, provide insightful reporting, solicit and manage partner relationships, ensure professionalism of team members, learn and understand Clearent’s products, and demonstrate expertise in their programs.
