Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in product strategy, corporate strategy, product management, or a related field within a SaaS or technology company, demonstrating strong strategic thinking and business acumen, along with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience creating investment cases encompassing customer, market, product, and financial dimensions is also required, alongside the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and persuasive narratives.
As VP of Product Strategy & Positioning, the individual will partner with product and business leaders to define strategic growth opportunities, evolve Xplor’s product strategy framework, lead the development of investment cases, identify build vs. buy opportunities, create alignment with cross-functional leaders, serve as a thought partner to executive leaders, develop competitive intelligence, facilitate strategic planning sessions, and act as a connective layer between the business and product organizations to drive strategic execution and momentum.
