Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in the automotive ecosystem, with a minimum of 5 years managing OEM programs, co-op funding, or certified vendor relationships. A proven track record of launching or scaling technology solutions via OEM channels and exceeding revenue targets is essential. Strong commercial acumen for negotiating complex agreements, technical fluency in AI and telephony, and demonstrated leadership in building and managing cross-functional teams are required. Proficiency in CRM and BI tools for pipeline management and forecasting is also necessary.
The VP of OEM Relations will develop and execute a 3-year roadmap targeting OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to secure program inclusion and co-op funding. This role involves serving as the executive point of contact for OEM relationships, guiding initiatives from pilot to national launch, and translating partner needs into product deliverables. Responsibilities include managing OEM-sourced pipeline, forecasting, P&L, and designing commercial models to accelerate dealer adoption. The VP will also collaborate with internal teams to localize AI solutions, represent Toma at industry events, and build and lead a high-impact OEM partnerships team.
