A strong background in federal and state compliance reporting is essential, along with proficiency in using DISS and processing DD 254 forms. Independent judgment and discretion in handling security-related matters are required, as well as experience in employee training and policy development.
The VP of Human Resources and Facility Security Officer will oversee classified processing and ensure compliance with security procedures. They will manage the hiring and onboarding processes, maintain ISO standards, and administer employee training plans. The role includes developing personnel policies, performing benefits administration, and ensuring completion of employee reviews. Additionally, they will evaluate departmental reports, manage personnel security inquiries, and provide security support to prime and subcontractors.
