Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Innovation Group, setting vision and direction for transformative technology initiatives
  • Drive company-wide digital transformation projects that harness AI/ML and enterprise data solutions, including enterprise data solutions (build and scale data lakes and next-generation applications), operational improvements (apply digital tools to strengthen processes, accuracy, and throughput), and finance transformation (enable fast-close processes, advanced analytics, and real-time insight)
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring technology investments directly fuel business performance and growth
  • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing digital and product team that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible with data and AI
