The VP of Global Ecosystem will define and lead the global partner ecosystem strategy, including segmentation, go-to-market models, and co-selling/co-marketing strategies. Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, and nurturing technology and service provider partnerships, building executive relationships with key partners, and owning joint business planning and revenue targets. The role also involves driving partner integration into the Demandbase marketplace, launching joint solutions with sales, product, and marketing teams, enabling partner readiness through education and certification programs, and aligning with internal teams to integrate partner capabilities into the customer journey. Additionally, the VP will define KPIs, track partner contributions, and optimize programs based on performance data.
