  • Strategic mindset for defining and executing modern QA strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a high-performing, globally distributed QA organization focused on innovation, quality-first development, and continuous improvement
  • Lead GenAI enabled quality engineering efforts across key programs globally
  • Define and execute a modern QA strategy incorporating GenAI capabilities, automation practices, and cutting-edge testing methodologies
  • Drive continuous quality improvements across portfolios
  • Collaborate with Application Delivery, Business Operations, Product Management, and other teams to enhance the testing lifecycle
  • Ensure delivery excellence, compliance, and adoption of disruptive technologies like Micro-Services and Cloud Native solutions
  • Utilize subject matter expertise and technical engineers for lifecycle automation, business-centric testing & engineering driven assurance, and end-user experience/digital assurance
