Requirements

  • Executive leadership experience in digital marketing, consumer/market intelligence, and CRM marketing within a healthcare or integrated health system
  • Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including online presence, patient engagement, acquisition, and integration with EHR systems like Epic
  • Strong knowledge of AI, marketing technologies, market/consumer intelligence roadmaps, and data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
  • Proven ability to leverage EHR data for enhancing patient/member experiences, population health engagement, loyalty, and growth
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technologies and data into actionable insights for executive leadership
  • Demonstrated leadership to build and grow high-performing teams with humility, compassion, and strategic thinking
  • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams (clinical, operational, IT, HR, finance, strategic planning, etc.)
  • Proficiency in overseeing marketing analytics, dashboards, performance metrics, vendor relationships, and online reputation strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and nurture a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the health system's strategic priorities, overseeing operations and vendor relationships
  • Advance digital marketing, AI, and market/consumer intelligence roadmaps to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational growth
  • Identify and guide solutions leveraging EHR data to enhance digital marketing, patient/member experiences, population health engagement, loyalty, acquisition, and growth
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, IT, clinical teams/service lines, Finance, HR, Public Policy, and others to integrate digital strategies organization-wide
  • Oversee development and implementation of online reputation strategies in collaboration with VP Marketing & Brand Strategy and VP Communications/PR & Community Engagement
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics team to develop/maintain dashboards, performance metrics, communicate outcomes, and steward investments
  • Lead the health system's market/consumer intelligence strategy, including collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for decision-making, business development, and competitive positioning
  • Provide executive leadership for consumer/market intel functions, translating data/trends into actionable insights for marketing, service lines, growth, and enterprise decisions
  • Direct CRM marketing platform to strengthen consumer relationships, optimize personalization, and support growth/retention across the consumer lifecycle
