Requirements

Candidates must possess extensive experience managing and overseeing global clinical trials specifically in dermatology indications, with a strong preference for experience in Atopic Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), Prurigo Nodularis, Rosacea, Vitiligo, and Alopecia Areata. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with 10-12+ years of relevant experience and at least 5 years of management responsibility. Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic areas, clinical development guidelines, regulatory guidelines, and cross-functional project management principles (Time, Quality, Cost) is essential, as are excellent communication, presentation, and demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

The Oversight Director is accountable for strategic indication or client-specific portfolio management within a Therapeutic Unit, providing therapeutic expertise in project delivery execution and reacting appropriately to escalations. This role involves provoking critical thinking in Project Leads regarding delivery operations, financial negotiations, and risk mitigation, as well as driving overall strategy development for proposals and pre-proposal opportunities. The Director will also provide insights into proposal strategy for bid defense, work with the Therapeutic Unit Head on business growth strategies, maintain awareness of the Con Mod process, and support employee development by providing expertise and perspective related to client needs and therapeutic knowledge.
