Responsibilities

As the VP of Capital Markets for Sotheby’s Financial Services, you will participate in the design and implementation of SFS’s long term financing and capital markets strategy, help execute various financing transactions including warehouse facilities, securitizations, and other financing activities, prepare marketing materials, lead diligence processes, and respond to investor requests to help financing counterparties understand SFS’s business, perform analyses, and create financial models & forecasting/monitoring tools to help drive capital markets intelligence and efficiencies, and interact with and help maintain relationships with existing and potential investors.
