Responsibilities

Build a vibrant community engagement structure impacting clients, World Relief, the church, and the community
Engage volunteers in developing authentic relationships with immigrants and fostering welcoming communities for mutual transformation
Develop a strong volunteer onboarding and training experience
Coordinate volunteer engagement with different programmatic areas and provide ongoing support and development of volunteer engagement pathways
Implement and oversee the overall volunteer program, including recruitment & onboarding, training, placement, engagement, retention, and recognition for individuals and groups
Manage the intake, organization, and distribution of donations to transform them into life-changing resources for families
Engage donors and volunteers to create meaningful and memorable experiences fostering a community of generosity and compassion
Accurately report and log donations in the database to support the mission and enhance operational efficiency
