Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, production design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) in addition to Figma, PowerPoint and other industry standard tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured design processes
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in core design principles, typography, and layout for both digital and print applications
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Familiarity with asset versioning, workflow processes, and brand compliance
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours while being located in Bangalore, India
  • Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in adapting and finalizing creative assets for digital, print, and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and branding across all deliverables
  • Resize and version assets for different platforms while maintaining design integrity
  • Work with designers and project managers to meet deadlines and quality expectations
  • Follow structured workflows and asset management best practices to improve efficiency
  • Support creative teams by maintaining and updating design templates and asset libraries
  • Review and refine designs to ensure they align with brand standards and guidelines
  • Conduct final checks on files to ensure accuracy and production-readiness
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies in design files before final delivery
