Responsibilities

Own all phases of design process: brainstorming, concepting, creation, and production
Develop and create internal-facing materials
Meet with stakeholders
Work on graphic design projects from concepting through production
Demonstrate graphic design skills across various formats and project types
Follow through on projects, ensuring on-time delivery as defined by client
Communicate variances between project requests and actual bandwidth
Manage project hours and timelines using Asana or other tools
Conduct evaluations and self-assessments for continuous improvement
Review project metrics and maintain target results
Stay on-trend with styles while innovating content production
Assist manager as needed
Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Provide peer-to-peer feedback
Inspire peers through engagement and team support
