Develop a VIS/BI vision, business case, and modernization strategy
Discover and assess VIS/BI opportunities
Identify industry- and function-centered VIS/BI use cases
Guide clients on industry and function relevant measures and metrics
Develop a VIS/BI roadmap and operating model
Help drive adoption, decision making, and behavior change
Measure VIS/BI value
Act as a subject matter expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of VIS and BI strategies
