Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B. The role requires the ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk, talk, hear, and occasionally climb stairs or ride elevators. Employees must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and manipulate a keyboard, operate a telephone, and hand-held devices.

Responsibilities

The Virtual Sales Specialist will launch new products, promote established brands, and drive performance in a remote setting. Responsibilities include maximizing sales opportunities using a proprietary routing tool, profiling and managing targeted healthcare professionals, and managing daily sales call activity. The specialist will develop and execute strategic business plans for geographical areas, engage with physicians and other healthcare professionals virtually across multiple subspecialties, and manage virtual relationships through 100% virtual engagements. They will utilize data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies, attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals, meet daily MBO expectations, and manage territory-specific information through the Sales Force CRM system.
