Client Support Specialist (Remote)

Candidates must possess a finance or accounting background, familiarity with QuickBooks, and prior experience as an Executive Assistant. They should be comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, and demonstrate strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A proactive and self-motivated attitude is also required.
The Virtual CFO Assistant will upload and manage invoices, support with QuickBooks entries and reconciliations, assist with data entry and financial documentation, monitor and respond to funding-related emails, conduct research as assigned by the CFO, work extensively with Excel and other spreadsheets, and perform general executive assistant tasks as needed.
