Requirements
Candidates should have experience as a Paraplanner or Financial/Investments Operations Associate, and a CFP® designation or CFP® Candidate is preferred. They should possess at least 1 year of financial industry experience, a high attention to detail, and a drive to complete high-quality work. Furthermore, candidates must be technology savvy and comfortable working within proprietary systems, Google Sheets, and Document AI is a plus, and should demonstrate exceptional time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
As a Financial Operations Consultant, you will review and verify financial data daily, meticulously examining financial statements to ensure accuracy within the systems. You will identify and document discrepancies with a keen eye for detail, support financial planning by providing accurate financial details to Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), and train AI models using your financial planning knowledge. Additionally, you will become an expert user of proprietary AI tools, ensuring planners have the data they need, and ruthlessly manage your task list, calendar, time, and other responsibilities to ensure maximum efficiency.
