Responsibilities

  • Architect the Global Demand Engine: Design, execute, and optimize a comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue goals across digital channels, community, content, and more
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Evolve and scale ABM program, partnering with sales to target high-value enterprise accounts, orchestrate personalized campaigns, and drive engagement with key personas
  • Develop a World-Class Events & Field Marketing Strategy: Build and lead global events strategy including trade shows, executive roundtables, and regional events to drive pipeline and deepen customer relationships
  • Scale Partner Marketing: Collaborate with Business Development to scale co-marketing programs across partner ecosystem, generating partner-sourced pipeline and amplifying brand reach
  • Champion Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with Revenue Operations to build multi-touch attribution model, refine target account profiles using ICP data, understand buyer journeys, measure ROI, and guide marketing investments
  • Foster a Culture of Experimentation: Instill "test and learn" mindset, optimize campaigns/channels/messaging via A/B testing and experimentation framework
  • Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop team across demand generation, events, and partner marketing; foster collaborative, results-oriented culture
  • Manage Performance & Budget: Own growth marketing budget, KPIs, and reporting; communicate performance to executive team and board
