Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in strategy with progressive levels of responsibility
  • 5+ years of previous management experience, with an established skillset in creating a team culture that fosters collaboration and high-performance
  • Adept and interested in proactively leading and elevating strategic thinking across a portfolio of brands and leading projects
  • Competent in identifying meaningful, useable, and impactful insights
  • Able to translate data into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables
  • Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly
  • Proven track record of strategically aligning campaign plans with client strategic goals and KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Strategy & Analytics vision, setting the standard for and driving the impact of the function in campaign and client excellence
  • Develop and implement a strategic planning process that is scalable and adaptable to clients' goals and ensures effective and consistent standards across all portfolios
  • Contribute to brand strategy, developing relationships with clients across all levels and functions, and leading and developing the strategic competency of the team
  • Drive innovation and Thought Leadership both as a new business asset and across the team to drive modern and effective solutions for clients
  • Utilize exceptional data storytelling and problem-solving skills to present powerfully to high-profile clients and stakeholders, driving current and new business opportunities
  • Write and deliver strategies and POVs that support and drive client recommendations
  • Foster a collaborative environment across the immediate department and all teams within the company to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery
  • Provide vision, direction, coaching, and management to individuals within the team to ensure their work aligns with the mission, goals, and values
  • Be a resource to support and develop the internal teams' overall competency, presence, and technical expertise to expand and grow the impact across the business and clients' results
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually push the boundaries of strategy & insights
