Vice President, Product & Engineering

The Vice President of Product & Engineering will own the full product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration, defining product strategy based on customer insights, market dynamics, and technical feasibility. This role involves driving execution through fast-moving sprints, ensuring builds are sharp, validated, and impactful, and regularly engaging with users to understand needs and validate ideas. Responsibilities also include partnering with Sales and Customer Success to build products that deliver real value, and establishing internal systems for product feedback, roadmap visibility, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, the position entails defining and driving the technical strategy for scalability, reliability, and speed, leading and growing the engineering team, and creating a strong engineering culture focused on accountability, innovation, and velocity. Overseeing technical delivery across the stack, including AI/ML systems, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure, and implementing necessary practices, tools, and architecture to ensure rapid yet stable development are key duties. Ensuring alignment between product and engineering to build the right things the right way is paramount.
