Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 10+ years of experience with product strategy and development and working with key stakeholders enabling product development and delivery
  • 5+ years successfully leading and developing teams with diverse capabilities and experience
  • Data-driven approach to understanding customer needs and insights, developing a strategy, and translating strategic objectives into action
  • Strong customer focus and experience designing, developing and maintaining dynamic customer experiences
  • Proven experience engaging and influencing multiple stakeholders across products/platforms with competing priorities and key dependencies
  • Strong analytical and judgement skills to determine the direction and achievement of goals; keeping key stakeholders informed on progress
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with proven ability to champion recommendations and influence decisions at all levels of management
  • Knowledge of Fidelity operations and customer facing channels in PI and WI strongly preferred
  • Digital to live channel integration experience preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and coaching talent

Responsibilities

  • Possess deep knowledge and insights of the Crossover customer, own the vision for their future end-to-end experience, and be accountable for defining and executing against the roadmap that progresses towards that vision
  • Prioritize and champion the most impactful opportunities to convert WI participants to Retail customers, and to delight them throughout their experiences as they become and engage with Fidelity as Crossover customers
  • Bring a data-driven and action-oriented approach partnering within the LTE product area with LTE Strategy and Delivery teams, and across the organization (business units including workplace and retail, and functions including product, marketing, technology, research & analytics, digital & live channel distribution)
  • Help accelerate existing and drive new initiatives to realize the vision, expertly managing a balanced portfolio of near- and long-term opportunities, and monitoring and measuring results
  • Ensure a thoughtful and deliberate approach to make continuous progress against opportunities across the customer journey (improve workplace customer awareness of retail offerings, remove friction from crossover customer experience, enable engagement based on full relationship with Fidelity)
  • Proactively identify new customer opportunities and build business cases to discern commercial viability
  • Partner with Strategy, Delivery and other leaders to influence and prioritize execution plans across multiple stakeholders within Workplace, Wealth and Brokerage
  • Set priority, sequencing and phasing including go-to-market strategy via the product roadmap
  • Evaluate and optimize value based on overall Product Area vision and priorities through continuous refinement, ruthless prioritization, as well as focus on KPIs and business impact
  • Demonstrate consulting capability to work closely across business units and leaders to effectively shape priorities and accelerate programmatic execution
  • Manage talent lifecycle of team including hiring, coaching, developing and performance management practices
