Expertise is required in designing end-to-end omnichannel architectures including CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe, Marketo, SFMC), Content Ecosystem (CMS, DAM), Data Infrastructure (CDPs, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, MDM), Media & AdTech (DSPs, DMPs), and APIs & Integrations (real-time, batch, middleware, ETL, microservices).
