Responsibilities
Define and execute the digital experience strategy aligning with business objectives to position Comcast Business as a leader in customer-centric digital innovation
Oversee the design, engineering, and implementation of enterprise-grade digital systems, web platforms, and mobile solutions for frictionless customer and employee interactions
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and digital capabilities, setting enterprise-wide standards and best practices for software engineering, agile delivery, and customer experience design
Create and drive programs to improve development productivity, streamline delivery cycles, enhance software quality, and maintain cost efficiency
Provide regular briefings to corporate executives on strategy, progress, and outcomes; advocate for resources, negotiate priorities, and ensure alignment between technology and business goals
Inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of directors, senior managers, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Manage strategic vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions
Establish performance benchmarks and service-level standards for digital platforms; ensure compliance with corporate, security, and regulatory requirements
