Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the digital experience strategy aligning with business objectives to position Comcast Business as a leader in customer-centric digital innovation
  • Oversee the design, engineering, and implementation of enterprise-grade digital systems, web platforms, and mobile solutions for frictionless customer and employee interactions
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and digital capabilities, setting enterprise-wide standards and best practices for software engineering, agile delivery, and customer experience design
  • Create and drive programs to improve development productivity, streamline delivery cycles, enhance software quality, and maintain cost efficiency
  • Provide regular briefings to corporate executives on strategy, progress, and outcomes; advocate for resources, negotiate priorities, and ensure alignment between technology and business goals
  • Inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of directors, senior managers, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions
  • Establish performance benchmarks and service-level standards for digital platforms; ensure compliance with corporate, security, and regulatory requirements
