Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GA, External and Public Affairs, and CI to create value from national investments and relationships in major markets
  • Create a platform for communicating about the company’s investments in community growth and economic development
  • Prepare speeches, talking points, and other external communication
  • Provide strategic counsel to field district leadership to maximize the impact of investments on positioning with local, state, and federal government partners, ensuring all CI investments serve shareholder and stakeholder interests
  • Engage with and be relevant to local and state business and economic development organizations to position the company as the partner of choice for growth
  • Support the SVP, Community Growth and Economic Development in strategy to leverage the company’s external relationships, as well as capital and community impact investments, to drive business growth and economic development in the communities served
