Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or customer facing function
  • Digital Health and/or Pharma industry experience - Clear understanding of the healthcare ecosystem including payers, PBMs, and employer channels with specific expertise in cardiometabolic conditions
  • Familiarity with GLP-1 therapeutics, market dynamics, and industry trends is a bonus
  • Ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to design engaging learning experiences
  • Demonstrated success facilitating training and skill assessment for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to organize and lead projects keeping multiple stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables
  • Open minded, self-starter, with a can-do attitude that can create and follow processes in a complex, ambiguous environment
  • Lifelong learner that is eager to roll up their sleeves and learn new skills and tackle complex challenges

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Product SME for the Commercial team focused on our GLP-1 product line
  • Focus on new product introduction and be accountable for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating live and on-demand training for our new product introductions
  • Ensure product and clinical level competency across the Product Specialists and Commercial organization through coaching and certifications
  • Support the Commercial team with a unified content management, live support, and communication strategy
  • Proactively partner with Commercial and Clinical leaders to identify knowledge gaps and work on initiatives to address them
  • Represent the Voice of the Field and serve as consult for messaging and competitive selling
  • Serve as subject matter expert to drive updates to our selling tools such as the business case and demo
  • Partner with RevOps to develop strategies and build plays for pipeline creation
  • Design repeatable launch playbook for new product introductions
